  • Personal check-in (energy, blockers)
  • Growth: one skill or habit to improve
  • Feedback both ways
  • Agreements for the next 2 weeks

Tips

  • Don’t turn a 1:1 into a sprint review; keep it separate.
  • Capture next steps in plain text; review them at the start of the next one.
  • If trust is missing, fix that first — everything else depends on it.
