- Growth: one skill or habit to improve
- Feedback both ways
- Agreements for the next 2 weeks
Tips
- Don’t turn a 1:1 into a sprint review; keep it separate.
- Capture next steps in plain text; review them at the start of the next one.
- If trust is missing, fix that first — everything else depends on it.
